Bio

Florencia Partenio is from Argentina and she was an alumna of DAWN’s Gender, Economic and Ecological Justice (GEEJ) training in 2011 & 2013 in Latin America. She has a PhD in Social Sciences from the University of Buenos Aires. She is part of the feminist movement in Argentina and her working areas include labour studies, industrial relations, labour rights, and worker movements. She works on alternatives to development from the perspective of economy of care, ecology and social economy and solidarity. She is part of DAWN’s Social Mobilising team and coordinates DAWN’s School of Feminist Economics with Corina Rodríguez Enríquez.
