Sandra Tarte from Fiji is a Board Member, who is the Head of the School of Government, Development & International Affairs at the University of the South Pacific (USP). She has written widely on regional cooperation in the Pacific, with a focus on fisheries management and conservation. She has also consulted for the South Pacific Forum Fisheries Agency (FFA), the South Pacific Regional Environment Program (SPREP), the International Development Research Centre (IDRC) and Greenpeace Pacific.
