Youli Ge is the Secretariat Lead at DAWN. In the early stage of her career, she worked with international development agencies in China, focusing on poverty alleviation, women’s reproductive health, and gender mainstreaming. A dedicated advocate for women's human rights, she led efforts to combat domestic violence and gender discrimination. She later transitioned to promoting corporate social responsibility and labour rights in the global supply chains. She has extensive experience in gender and development, global supply chain sustainability, and program and operations management.
