Join the Feminist Forum Against G20 for a webinar discussion on feminist analysis, critique and alternatives as we organize against the G20 Leaders’ Summit.
This webinar is part of the educational activities organized by the Feminist Forum against G20 to increase awareness and motivate discussions around the debates, contradictions, false assumptions and challenges that are part of the discussions and meetings towards the G20 Leaders’ Summit.
The main objective is to introduce diverse audiences to the general aspects of G20, history, structure, role and the importance of its agenda in the global and multilateral context today. Speakers will reflect on the role of Argentina, Mexico, South Africa and other relevant stakeholders in the G20. The webinar will also dive into the role of financial organizations and corporate power in this process. Finally, we will invite women and feminists to engage in the different spaces and actions planned as part of the Feminist Forum Against G20 and other civil society actions.
