The research for this report was completed in 2004, a year that marks the tenth aniversary of of the United Nations International Conference on Population and Development (ICPD), held in Cairo, Egypt, as well as the 20th anniversary of the DAWN Network.

This compilation of existing and new research demonstrates that individual sexual and reproductive health rights, despite the importance of such rights in the lives of Caribbean people, have yet to be fully realised. This is particularly true for women and girls.
