The II Regional Seminar on Political Restructuring and Social Transformation, “About Women’s Power and Wisdom”, took place in the city of Rio de Janeiro, in October 22-24, 1999. This Seminar was part of DAWN’s global programme about Political Restructuring and Social Transformation, of which Viviene Taylor is coordinator. This event was organized by REPEM, DAWN’s focal point in the region.
