The Executive Committee is the executive body of DAWN and is responsible, along with the Board, for setting the policies and directions of the organisation. Its members are individually and collectively accountable to the Board for the performance of their responsibilities in a satisfactory and timely manner and in accordance with the Statutes, Regulations, appropriate decisions of the Board and/or Executive Committee, DAWN’s commitments, and applicable national law.
