A long, lost photo found of some of the attendees at the famous interregional meeting of around 220 women who met in Rio in January 1994 at the iconic Hotel Gloria, to strategize for the ICPD conference held in September of that year. DAWN played a critical role bringing feminists and allies from South and North together to craft common platforms on SRHR as well as on gender, economic and ecologic justice more broadly.
